Angeliki Faitaki

Angeliki Antigoni Faitaki is head of the Integrated Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Statistical Analyses of the HR Directorate General. She has a degree in Public Administration at Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences of Athens, is a graduate of the Greek National School of Public Administration and speaks English and French.

She has been involved in public sector human resources management issues at the Ministry of the Interior since 2003, and more specifically with the information system for the management of human resources in the Greek public sector since 2010.

Since 2017, she has served as Head of the Department of the Integrated Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Statistical Analyses at the Ministry of the Interior, a department responsible for the operational management of the former Human Resources Registry of the Greek Public Sector (Census) and the current Human Resources Management System (HRMS).

She has coordinated working groups focusing on business process design and requirements analysis for numerous applications integrated into the information system, such as the Mobility System, Digital Organizational Charts, Performance Evaluation, Annual and Multiannual Recruitment Planning. As part of her professional experience in human resources management, she provides guidelines and instructions for the operation of the information system across all public sector services, while also contributing to the production of monthly, annual, and other statistical reports concerning the human resources of the Greek public sector.

She is the coordinator of the working group supporting the implementation of the Human Resources Management System for Public Administration.
