Antonis views field work as a practical laboratory for management and organizational analysis. Combining extensive professional experience with in-depth knowledge, he has developed strong expertise in governance, systems analysis, and organizational management.

His background includes Public Administration, Management, and Political Science. He holds a diploma from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is a graduate of the National School of Public Administration of Greece.

For more than 25 years, he has served at the Hellenic Ministry of Interior while also working as a freelancer management consultant. Throughout his career, he has held positions requiring diverse competencies: employee, head of administrative units, special advisor to political leadership, public administration inspector, and project manager.

His expertise covers a broad range of areas in Public Administration and Management, including organizational development, project management, quality management, strategic management, auditing, public sector reform policy, human resources, and training.

Antonis focuses on concept development and innovation, designing tools, and systems that integrate management and information technology principles. Through challenging assignments and special missions, he has cultivated the ability to develop and deliver customized solutions and get things done.
