Greece, nestled within the broader European context, has been forging its path in the realm of cancer treatment with notable dedication and progress. The country’s cancer strategy, intricately woven into the fabric of the European Beating Cancer Plan, reflects a commitment to fostering innovation and accessibility in healthcare. 

Within this context, Economist Impact is organising the Fourth Annual Cancer Summit, entitled “Greece’s determination to fight cancer: The achievements-The obstacles-The European reality”. This year’s summit, organised under the scientific auspices of the Hellenic Society of Medical Oncology and the auspices of the Hellenic Cancer Federation, provides a unique platform for experts, policymakers and healthcare professionals to collectively assess the nation’s achievements, share insights, and collaboratively shape the trajectory of cancer treatment in Greece.
