Fourteen years after the global financial crisis, how secure are banks? Can policymakers make the system safe at a time when rising interest rates have left the financial services sector exposed. 

It is against this setting that The Economist Group, under the auspices of the British Embassy in Athens has great pleasure in organising the Global economy and financial services Gala Dinner entitled “Manoeuvring through the current turmoil”.
