Europe: The new era for skills – Greece: The human dynamic in the new workplace and society – Agenda
The European Commission officially announced that 2023 is the European Year of Skills. As the demand for new capabilities in the EU gathers pace, reskilling and upskilling will enable the business landscape to become more competitive.
Closely linked to the workplace, the skills gaps Europe is facing need to be filled with broader competences required to support the green and digital transitions. It is imperative that key stakeholders comprising of government, educational and training institutions, business and civil societies need to collaborate closely in order to create the new skills ecosystem.
How can Greece reinforce its skills environment to remain competitive?
