Dr Christina Paraskevopoulou is Group CEO of Alphabet Education Group, Greece's largest post-secondary education group, majority-owned by BC Partners. She leads a portfolio comprising Metropolitan College, SAEK AKMI, Keele University Greece and AKMI International — serving ~29,000 students across 23 campuses in 10 cities nationwide, with annual revenues of ~€95M. Her mandate spans strategic growth, commercial excellence, product innovation, digital transformation, international student recruitment, private university development and M&A.
She joined Alphabet in 2025 from Vodafone Greece, where she spent six years as Commercial Operations Director, ExCo member and member of the Board of Directors, also acting as Consumer Commercial Director and as CEO of 360 Connect, Vodafone's contact centre subsidiary. She led the consumer business unit and end-to-end commercial operations, pioneering digital-only customer care, sales-through-service and Agent@Home, and turning the contact centre into a profit channel while sustaining market leadership in customer service.
Previously, Christina led the Retail Excellence function at OPAP, which she built from scratch to drive transformation across the group's ~4,000-shop franchise network — work recognised with multiple Gold Sales Excellence Awards. Earlier, she spent nearly a decade at The Boston Consulting Group, rising to Principal and advising C-suite clients across TMT, consumer goods, retail, healthcare and financial services across Europe.
Christina holds a PhD in Biophysics from Imperial College London, where she was also a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow, and a BSc in Physics from the University of Athens. She speaks Greek, English, French and Italian.
