Since 1996 he is the managing director of Pelopac SA, producing Mediterranean Food Specialties and exporting mainly in the USA, the UK and Australia. Pelopac has won “Hellenic Values” Αwards for Exports and Innovation, National Champion European Business Awards for Exports and several of its products have won Gold Great taste Awards and have been selected for the innovation selection of SIAL.

- 1984:Bsc (ENG) in Mechanical Engineering, Queen Mary College, University of London.
- 1986: MBA, Columbia University, Graduate Business School.
He is a member of the board of FING, TTP and Anatolia College.
