Dafni Sideraki

Dafni Sideraki is 15 years old, originally from Heraklion, Crete, attending the Model High School of Heraklion. With numerous honors and awards both in the field of science, as well as in those of rhetoric and fencing, she continuously participates in workshops, conferences and STEM programs.

She is fluent in English and very good in German while possessing a remarkable love for knowledge especially when it promotes sustainable development and social awareness. Her work on "Marine ecosystem assessment using AI" was recently distinguished at the 6th Panhellenic Open Technologies Competition, while her proposal on sustainability in fashion will travel to the finals of the related student competition in London this summer.

Dafni Sideraki is the leader of the "Curie-osity" team that, with their project. Seewache, presented at the Pan-European competition "Future League" in Berlin in November 2023, managed to win first place.
