His entrepreneurial spirit has fueled the success of more than 25 companies across diverse industries, ranging from transport and civil infrastructure to energy, environment, IT, public relations, and defence.

Under his leadership, the group now generates a turnover of €71M, with nearly €43M from professional services, managing a CAPEX exceeding €25 billion. The regional footprint spans 20 countries in Europe, the Middle East, and South Asia, serving a portfolio of over 1,000 clients.

RCI Holding’s recent achievements in AI platforms, advanced technologies, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and business re-engineering have positioned the group as the consultancy of choice for leading operators and investors.

Earlier in his career, Mr Stratan served as a director at Merrill Lynch International, London, leading the bank’s operations in debt capital markets, equities, and M&A operations across 20 countries. He continues to act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and top managers in utilities, guiding complex market strategies and M&A transactions, and aligning vision with execution in fast-paced, high-stakes environments across Central and Eastern Europe.
