Dimitri Papalexopoulos is chair of TITAN Group, a cement and building materials producer active since 1902. TITAN S.A. directly employs about 6.000 people, operates cement plants in 10 countries and is active in many more.
Mr Papalexopoulos is co-chair of the Energy Transition and Clean Industry Committee of the European Roundtable for Industry (ERT), he serves on the International Advisory Board of the Atlantic Council, the Dean’s Council of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and the European Advisory Board of Harvard Business School. He is a member of the general council of the Bank of Greece, deputy chairman of the board of the Foundation for Economic and Industrial Research (ΙΟΒΕ), and member of the boards of the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP) and of Endeavor Greece. He is also member of the board of Carmeuse S.A. while he served as chairman of the board of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) from 2020-2024.
Prior to joining TITAN in 1989, he was a consultant for McKinsey & Company in New York and Munich. He holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETHZ) and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
