Dmytro Natalukha

Dmytro Natalukha graduated as MPhil in International Relations and Politics at the University of Cambridge (UK). He also holds both bachelor’s (BA) and master’s (LL.M) degrees in law from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Before being elected as an MP, Dmytro worked in leading Ukrainian and international law firms: Baker & McKenzie, Spenser & Kauffmann, Ilyashev and Partners, where he specialised in international investments, banking and finance, as well as in litigation.

Dmytro assumed the office of deputy country director of Right to Protection, an implementing partner of the UNHCR, where he pioneered the IDPs agenda and was responsible for the establishment of a GR unit. He also worked as the chairman of the Lymansky district state administration of the Odesa region and upon resignation co-founded and managed Lead/Augury, a strategic communications boutique firm specialising in government relations,

public relations, crisis communications, branding and political consulting.

In 2019 Dmytro was elected to the Parliament of Ukraine on the Servant of the People party list and was voted by his fellow parliamentarians to become the chairman of the Economic Affairs Committee of the Parliament of Ukraine. In his parliamentary work he focused on issues of industrial policy, manufacturing, investment climate, international trade, and export promotion.

In 2026 Dmytro was appointed as the chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

He is fluent in English, Italian, and French languages.

In 2021 Dmytro was listed as one of the “100 most influential Ukrainians in 2021” and one of the “100 most promising Ukrainian politicians in 2021”.
