Elita Sfakiotaki

Elita Sfakiotaki is a lawyer and legal adviser to the minister of digital governance of Greece. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Human Rights Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). She is currently pursuing a second post-graduate degree, an M.Sc. in Law and Information and Communication Technologies, further strengthening her focus on the legal challenges emerging from digital transformation.

Combining her legal expertise with a strong interest in the societal impact of technology, Elita co-founded Gen Z(έν) Org, the first non-profit organisation in Greece dedicated to bridging the digital inter-generational gap, with generation Z at the centre of the conversation. The initiative grew out of Gen Z(έν), Greece’s first podcast dedicated to Gen Z, which launched in 2023. Hosted on pod.gr, one of Greece’s leading podcast platforms, the podcast remains the flagship project of Gen Z(έν) Org. With more than 50 guests from academia, media, technology, entrepreneurship, and the arts, it explores topics such as artificial intelligence, mental health, climate change, civic participation, and the future of work through the lens of a generation that has grown up in the digital era.

This initiative creates opportunities for young people to contribute to public discourse through writing, media, and engagement initiatives, while fostering intergenerational dialogue on the challenges and opportunities of technological change. The organisation also produces content that translates complex technological and policy developments into clear, engaging insights for generations.
