Emmanouela Braoudaki is a senior consultant in Health & Pharma Policy at C.M.T. Prooptiki, specializing in healthcare policy analysis, pharmaceutical strategy, and disease management research. With a background in Economics (BSc, University of Surrey) and two MSc degrees in Health Economics & Policy (University of Birmingham, Open University of Cyprus), she has extensive experience in consulting, research, and policy development.
Emmanouela has led and contributed to multiple high-impact projects at national and European levels. Her recent work includes the development of a quality operational framework for cancer centers, the analysis of EU-funded cancer-related initiatives, and research on disease management strategies. She has also worked on service delivery models for hospital-at-home services and the evaluation of pharmaceutical expenditure in public hospitals.
Previously, Emmanouela worked as a HEOR Analyst at IQVIA EMEA region, focusing on health technology assessment (HTA), systematic literature reviews, and pharmaceutical value dossiers. She also held roles in pricing and market access at VIANEX S.A., analyzing pricing and reimbursement strategies. Earlier in her career, she was a Research Associate at the National School of Public Health in Greece, conducting systematic reviews and data analysis on pharmaceutical policy and healthcare reforms. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with policymakers, research institutions, and healthcare stakeholders to develop evidence-based strategies for national healthcare system improvement.
