Ioannis Terpsiadis is a student in the 3rd grade of the Experimental Senior High School of University of Macedonia, specializing in Sciences. He has a special interest in new technologies and computers. He has attended educational programs in computer science, robotics, nanotechnology, 3D design and printing, and programming for portable devices. He has participated in student conferences in mathematics and computer science. He has excelled in mathematics, physical sciences, and robotics competitions (WRO). He has been twice awarded in the CTY (Center for Talented Youth) Greece competition and has completed the CTY programs "Programming with SCRATCH" and "Principles of Design for Engineers". He holds a Certificate in Computer Knowledge and Electronic Computer Operation from EOPPEP UCERT. He speaks English fluently and has a good command of German and French. He is a Tae Kwon Do athlete, holding a black belt and a 2 Dan (ITF and WTF).
He has participated in the educational programs of Junior Achievement Greece and, with the student company Isometricks, has won the 1st Prize in the Panhellenic Social Innovation Competition, the 1st Prize in the Panhellenic Best Mini Company 2023 competition by JA Greece, the 2nd Prize in the Final of the Social Innovation Relay Gobal Final 2023, and the 1st Prize in the JA Europe European Mini Company Competition (Company of the Year Award 2023). He is one of the designers of the mathematical game Wizzle and has created mathematical-artistic works that have been exhibited at the group exhibition "Mathematics in the Museum" at MOMus-Museum of Modern Art and other exhibitions (International Mathematics Week of the Hellenic Mathematical Society, 1st Open Science Festival, Education and Culture Festival of the Municipality of Neapoli-Sykies).
