John Catsimatidis

John Catsimatidis is the chairman and CEO of the Red Apple Group.

Red Apple Group, is a national conglomerate with holdings in Oil refining and biofuels, Nuclear Energy, Retail petroleum products, Convenience stores, Real estate, Aviation, Media, Supermarkets, Sports and Finance plus investments in both medical and industrial technology.

Mr Catsimatidis’ companies post annual sales of approximately $8 billion. With over 8,000 employees, John Catsimatidis is a major employer in the New York metropolitan area.

John Catsimatidis is vice-chairman of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America serving as the highest lay person. He has many charitable interests with his wife and children.

John is the author of the best seller How far Do You Want to Go? Lessons from a Common Sense Billionaire.

In 2013 he sought the Republican nomination for Mayor of NY City.
