Korina Malasidi

My name is Kyriaki Malasidi, and I am 16 years old. I am a student at the Experimental Senior High School of the University of Macedonia, in the 2nd grade. I have many interests and hobbies, such as entrepreneurship, classical dance, rhetoric, music, and literature. I enjoy traveling, seeking new experiences, testing myself, taking risks, and assuming responsibilities.
I am proficient in both the English and German language. I have participated in various school clubs and programs, including the economics and entrepreneurship club, the rhetoric club, the music club, the radio club, the entrepreneurship club, and the environmental club. I have also taken part in the educational programs by JA Greece with Isometricks, which won the 1st Prize in the Panhellenic Social Innovation Competition and the 1st Prize in the Panhellenic Best Mini Company 2023 competition, as well as the 2nd Prize in the Final of the Social Innovation Relay Gobal Final 2023 and the 1st Prize in the JA Europe European Mini Company Competition (Company of the Year Award 2023). I have also participated in the "Leadership Award" competition, the "Leaders for a Day" program, the student company "My Pine," which received the 3rd Prize in the Panhellenic Best Mini Company 2022 competition, the 9th literary competition for novels and poetry, the Panhellenic competition for poetry and short stories, the creative writing competition of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, the 5th rhetoric competition of Northern Greece, the 44th National Selection Conference of the European Youth Parliament, the Erasmus+ student exchange program, and the Cinema Summer School by the Goethe Institut in collaboration with the Chania Film Festival, with a scholarship.
I have also pursued classical ballet and have received certificates from the Royal Academy of Dance. I have participated in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th International Ballet and Contemporary Summer Workshops and in the Panhellenic Dance Competition "Terpsichore's Works." I am involved in horseback riding, cycling, and literature. I have been part of a choir for three years and have taken piano lessons for six years.
