Nikos is a professor of healthcare management and policy at the School of Public Health at the University of West Attica. He has served as an alternate dean and as the director of the MSc program for several terms. His teaching and research focus on business and policy analysis and strategy in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. In addition to his academic work, he is a board member for several medtech and biotech companies, guiding their corporate business development and operational transformation.
Previously, he held senior positions in leading pharmaceutical, consulting, and healthcare organizations and was a fellow at the Universities of Oxford and Warwick. He has acted as an advisor to multiple organizations, developing strategies and policies in many countries worldwide. Nikos is also an international public speaker, a top-ranked author, and a member of the editorial boards of leading journals.
He trained in economics and management at the Universities of Athens, York, and Warwick Business School, and in business innovation and financial management at Harvard Business School, Wharton, and INSEAD.
