Noah Molinski

Noah Molinski is the founder and chief executive of Von Ardenne Health, a health innovation company building the next generation of preventive and performance medicine. He carries forward the scientific legacy of Prof. Manfred von Ardenne, whose foundational research in applied biomedical technology remains at the heart of the company's work today.

With academic roots spanning physics (M.Sc. in Astrophysics) and medicine (PhD in Neuroradiology), Noah approaches human health as a systems problem: one that demands the same precision and depth of thinking applied to the most complex challenges in science. His current focus is on developing physical therapy devices that induce whole body hormetic effects, activating the body's own adaptive mechanisms to enhance metabolic, cardiovascular and neurocognitive performance. These technologies sit within broader integrated care models that combine advanced diagnostics, continuous health monitoring and personalised intervention.

Noah believes that the most consequential shift available to health systems today is not a single new therapy, but a structural move toward prevention and performance as the default orientation of care. He works with policymakers, health system leaders and innovators to explore what that shift requires in practice.

Outside of Von Ardenne Health, he is drawn by an enduring philosophical interest in the art of living and performing well, one he finds no less alive on a morning walk through the forest with his dog than in a research lab.
