Robert Hanea is the founder of Therme Group and an advisory board member of A-HEAT Allied Heat Exchange Technology AG. Born in Transylvania, he has built Therme Group into a global platform for large-scale wellbeing destinations that integrate sustainable design, advanced engineering, and urban regeneration.

His achievements include the successful completion of multiple real estate investments, driving transformation at A-HEAT, the conceptualisation and construction of Therme Bucharest, and the establishment of Therme Group as a globally recognised leader in the wellbeing sector.
