Sophia Lampaki

Sophia Lampaki is a Reader in Lung Cancer - Respiratory Medicine and Head of the Oncology Clinical Trials Unit at the University Pulmonary Clinic, "G. Papanikolaou" General Hospital, Thessaloniki, Greece. She earned her MD from Ovidius University of Constanta, English Division, in 2002 and her PhD from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2014.
 
She has served as a Medical Doctor and Clinical Research Fellow at Papageorgiou Hospital (2005-2010), a Medical Doctor Resident at "G. Papanikolaou" Hospital (2010-2016), and a Clinical Research Fellow at Royal Marsden Hospital, UK (2015). From 2017 to 2023, she was a Pulmonologist and Scholar at "G. Papanikolaou" General Hospital.
 
Dr Lampaki has participated as a Subinvestigator in Multicenter Oncology Clinical Trials (Phases II & III) since 2005 and has 102 publications. She is fluent in English and proficient in French. She speaks English and French.
