Thanasis Navrozoglou

President & chief executive, Natech Banking Solutions

Thanasis Navrozoglou is an entrepreneur who has spent more than 20 years building the technology behind modern banking. As chief executive and president of Natech Banking Solutions, he has grown the company tenfold, from a banking software provider in Ioannina into one trusted by 40+ financial institutions across Europe and growing, with a client base that has stayed with Natech at every step. Along the way, he has helped turn Ioannina into one of south-east Europe's emerging tech hubs, investing in local talent and ties to the university.

His conviction is simple: the tools that power a bank should not be reserved for the biggest players. That belief led him to co-found Snappi, Greece’s first digital bank with a pan-European banking license, built in partnership with Piraeus Financial Holdings. As vice-chairman, he helps shape how a new generation of banks gets built and brought to market.

Thanasis was named to Fortune Greece’s “40 Under 40” in 2021 and ranked among Greece’s 100 most influential people in 2025. He regularly speaks at international banking and fintech conferences on digital banking, Banking-as-a-Service, the rise of agentic banking, and what it really takes to modernise financial infrastructure.
