Zacharias Clerides

Zacharias is leading the Tax & Legal division of PwC Cyprus. He started his career with PwC UK in 2003 and has transferred to PwC Cyprus in 2008, he was admitted to the partnership in 2019 and was part of the Oversight Board for 2 years. Zacharias has more than 20 years of experience as a trusted advisor in a broad range of business fields and he is currently the US Market leader of PwC Cyprus.

Zacharias is in charge of a large diverse portfolio of international clients ranging from large multinationals, to family owned businesses, Alternative Investment Funds and high net worth individuals. He has worked with clients in a number of industry sectors, with particular expertise in Private Equity, Financing, Shipping and Real Estate varying by geographical markets such USA, Greece and the Middle East. Zacharias is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW), practising member of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) and is a graduate of the University of London School of Economics and Political Science.
